SMARTFLOW has been in the business for the past 7 years and a GIR partner for the last 6 years now.

I think that the fact that the software is very user-friendly is a very big plus; it meets all of their requirements and does everything they need. They also like that they don’t need to invest in a server (or some similar equipment) and appreciate the reporting feature of the software. Its simplicity and easiness are very liked.

The GIR system is modular: everything is configurable from the office, which means that I don’t need to move from the office. It makes it way more attractive and profitable than some others. The system is straightforward, you can easily put together your order.
It’s easy to install and robust : there are a lot of power cut in Nigeria, but the system never fails after one of them.
Basically, it’s a reliable time saviour that makes our customers happy.

It allowed us to tap different sectors such as logistics, agriculture, aviation sector, petrol-stations, factories… and opened a wide range of customers to us.
